The Green is ole reliable nuclear. Flat as a calm lake. But see the blue? That's wind generation. Notice when it goes up, the red goes down? The red is gas which is called on when there is no wind.
UK is now actually dusting off old coal generation because wind is an unreliable clown show and they'll never have enough batteries to store electricity. NEVER.
They haven't added a nuclear plant for ages. So older plants which they said would be retired, well guess what? NOPE.
And who needs natural gas, amirite? Screw Putin! Amirite?
Good job Boris Johnson you clown you. When Labor takes over next election they're not so stupid to as to shut down their primary sources of generation.
