"The Housing Downturn is Just Getting Started". What???
"As a result of higher mortgage rates, an oversupply of housing and falling demand, the downturn in the housing market is only just getting started."
Man, sometimes I think I live in a whole different world. I've never once heard of an "oversupply of housing". Not once. What world are these people living on???
